Policies & Procedures

By signing the contract, you agree to the contract terms and the terms listed below:

• No smoking inside.

• Do not use the basement. This space cannot be used to store equipment/materials.

 •  Do not remove any furniture, appliances, tv's, equipment, art, dishes, etc from the premises.   

• Space must be cleaned by end of event.

• If event goes 15 minutes past the scheduled time, client forfeits security deposit.

• No weapons allowed on premises.

• No nails, tacks, command strips or duct tape allowed on the walls.

• No loitering in front of neighboring houses.

• Client or someone representing the client over the age of 21 MUST arrive within 30 minutes of rental time or customer forfeits time slot and no refund will be issued and event will not be rescheduled.

Adhere to and follow all rules listed in the Airbnb/VRBO short term rental agreement. "House Rules" booklet located at the residence. 

Do not climb the privacy fence.

Do not move flowers or planters, unless it was previously agreed upon.

Do not park in the alley. The alley can only be used for loading and unloading. 

Do not use spray paint or other permanent adhesives on ground, garage or fence.

Park your vehicles on the street, do not block neighbors driveway. 

Driveway parking is allowed, do not block the sidewalk.

Do not park in handicap area unless you have a handicap sticker.

 •  • Under no circumstance do we offer refunds, venue credits may be offered. •  • 

IF AT ANYTIME THE ABOVE IS NOT FOLLOWED, CLIENT WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY AND WILL FORFEIT THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.
